 Broccoli makes an excellent microgreen, as it is one of the easiest crops to grow. It has a deliciously mild, fresh broccoli or cabbage flavor and makes a great garnish and addition to any microgreens salad. 

 Rambo radish is another striking radish that boasts the same wonderful dark cotyledons as Sango radish. The rosy stems and bright floral flavor add both a tasty and spicy flair. Use instead of sliced radish anywhere you would normally use radish.
